Drew from memory. Messed up design...
Oh well still looks cool. I should really try to remember its actual design though. Its one of my fav ghost types (mainly because its cat based...).
Gastly is there because I drew a circle for my light source and it tuned into gastly.
Drawn traditionally, colored digitally. Used a second layer set on overlay for the color.
